Technion Alumni Association of New England
Mission Statement:
To contribute to the Technion through the support of the American Technion Society of New England, and to provide Technion alumni in New England a framework for professional and social interaction.
Description:
With over 200 Technion graduates in the area, the New England Technion Alumni Association offers social, educational and networking events to its constituency. Local graduates hold leading positions throughout Boston in the fields of high technology, medicine, academia and business.
The Technion Alumni Association is also an integral part of the ATS in New England. In 2000, the group completed the funding of an endowed undergraduate scholarship fund for the benefit of a deserving student at the Technion. The group plans to undertake a new project in 2001 to further its connection with, and commitment to, the goals of the ATS.
